Jasara is continuously seeking talented professionals to join our growing network of experts for current and future Construction Supervision (CS) opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

Inspector

Carry out site inspections and monitor the Contractor's works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of assigned works.
• Verify Contractor activities against approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and unsafe or incorrect practices.
• Record inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers and the Contractor on site issues.
• Verify completed works and support inspection requests.
• Maintain inspection records and provide daily/weekly updates.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/construction discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience
• Experience in construction supervision or consultancy.
• Experience conducting site inspections and monitoring Contractors.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
