Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. To coordinate the civil construction materials and structures to which he has been assigned to ensure that targets are achieved
2. To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates to optimize workable time.
3. To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
4. To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform civil construction activities.
5. To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
6. To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

Qualifications:

• Diploma in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• 5++ years experiences in QAQC in civil/construction
• Extensive QA/QC training and experience
• Have working experience in civil contractor is preferred
