Inspector of Works - Control Systems (Ref.: 260000V1)

We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU), where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community, and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.Watch the video (https://www.mtr.com.hk/en/corporate/careers/career-in-capital-works.html) to understand more about working in CWBU.ResponsibilitiesCarry out site supervision of the contractors' works for operating railways and operations interface projects, including site preparation and construction works, testing and commissioning activities, system migration works, defect rectifications and site records management in compliance with specified requirements on safety, quality, programme and environmentAssist in coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that interfaces and works programme are achieved

Requirements Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Building Services / Computer Engineering or a related disciplineA minimum of 9 years' experience in construction or maintenance of control systems, such as Environmental Control System, Power Remote Control System, Main Control System, Building Management System, etc. Experience in other operating railway control systems is an advantageRemarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Applications
