• Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite)
• W2 Employment
• 40 hours/week, 23-day assignment

A leading university is seeking an Inspector to support student housing operations by inspecting residential rooms and facilities following move-out and prior to new resident occupancy.

Inspector Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of student housing rooms and common areas to assess damage, safety concerns, cleanliness, missing furniture, and maintenance needs, while documenting findings, entering maintenance work orders, and generating preliminary damage billing assessments.
• Verify completed maintenance, custodial work, vendor services, and inventory counts to ensure spaces are ready for occupancy.
• Create inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation using computer-based systems.
• Assist with facility-related projects and collaborate with Housing Building Managers, custodial staff, vendors, and other campus partners.

Inspector Qualifications:

• 1+ year of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience conducting inspections, documenting findings, and coordinating maintenance or facility-related tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software for reporting, documentation, and work order management.

Shift:

• Occasional extended hours after 5:00 pm based on operational needs.
