Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of optical parts during production.
• Identify and record defects such as scratches, chips, taper, or surface issues.
• Verify parts meet process specifications and quality standards.
• Use inspection tools such as gauges, and measurement equipment.
• Document inspection results and report abnormalities to supervisors or engineers.
• Support production by ensuring non-conforming parts are properly segregated.

Education & Experience

• At least Senior High School or Technical/Vocational graduate.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or optics inspection is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and documentation is preferred.
  

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection ability.
• Ability to identify optical defects and quality issues.
• Basic knowledge in using inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with the production team.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a controlled production environment.
• Requires long periods of standing and detailed visual inspection.
• Must follow safety, and contamination control procedures.
• 6-day work week, with possible Sunday overtime when shipment requirements are critical.
