**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking a meticulous individual to join our team as a Full-Time Inspection/Sanitation Worker responsible for the Fayetteville NC area. The primary focus of this role is to perform inspection on pallets that are received or will be shipped out. The sanitation duties to uphold a clean and safe environment within our facilities. The Sanitation Worker will play a crucial role in executing cleaning tasks and maintaining hygiene standards.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in sanitation or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Strong work ethic and reliability
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform sanitation tasks such as cleaning, disinfecting, and waste disposal
- Follow sanitation protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Inspect and report any sanitation issues to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sanitation goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
**Work Environment:**
The Sanitation Worker will work in a facility setting where physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting are required. The role may involve exposure to cleaning agents, varying temperatures, and different work environments related to sanitation tasks.
