Job Location San Diego Warehouse - San Diego, CA 92121 Salary Range $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Bright Planet Solar, Inc. is looking to find a motivated, talented Inspections Technician to join our team! We are looking for a team member who is organized, someone who works in a timely manner, has good communication skills and is available to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• attending inspections required for various projects within different jurisdictions
• maintaining a well organized company vehicle
• maintaining a well stocked vehicle with any and all required stickers and/or equipment to ensure passed inspections
• driving to multiple inspections a day
• updating projects accurately and timely, handling paperwork in an organized and timely manner for all projects (i.e. taking paperwork for inspections from the warehouse and returning them promptly)
• maintaining professional communications with customers and inspectors
• performing minor/necessary solar corrections/prep work for projects, updating/communicating with office management as required, as well as assisting the office with additional work to ensure movement of projects.

Essential Functions

• Valid Drivers License
• Solar Experience Preferred
