The Inspection – QC II is supporting quality assurance and compliance by ensuring that all products meet defined inspection, testing, and documentation standards. The role is driving quality excellence through detailed inspections, adherence to compliance protocols, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. By contributing to inspection processes, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives, the role is helping enhance product reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

As an Inspection – QC II, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting commercial and nuclear parts/products to ensure measurement and testing requirements are adhered to

  • Verifying warehouse picking accuracy by confirming part numbers and quantities against requirements

  • Inspecting and gathering product documentation, including material heat reports and certified material test reports (CMTRs)

  • Documenting inspection and testing results while maintaining accurate and organized records

  • Collaborating with the Material Review Board team to address non-conforming products and drive corrective and preventive actions

  • Supporting incoming, in-process, and final inspections to meet customer requirements

  • Working closely with documentation teams to provide inspection reports and required compliance documentation

  • Performing final inspections of assembled and tested control and safety relief valves, ensuring adherence to inspection test plans and customer specifications

  • Reporting internal and external defects and contributing to root cause identification

  • Inspecting packaging methods in line with customer and internal requirements

  • Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth operations

  • Supporting training initiatives for operational teams to enhance quality standards and customer satisfaction

  • Contributing to lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols during inspection activities to maintain a safe working environment

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 3+ years of experience working in quality inspection

  • Have a diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant technical education (or equivalent experience)

  • Have experience working with control, safety, and safety relief valves

  • Have exposure to SAP-ERP Quality Control systems

  • Have experience in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and technical specifications

  • Have strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

  • Have the ability to identify quality issues and support corrective actions

  • Have good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
