The QC II (Inspection) role is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of manufactured components through advanced inspection and measurement activities. This position develops and optimizes CMM programs, conducts precise dimensional inspections in accordance with GD&T requirements, and interprets engineering drawings and specifications to verify product conformity. The role supports continuous improvement by identifying and resolving measurement-related issues, collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on quality concerns, and driving corrective actions when necessary. By maintaining accurate inspection records and upholding HSE and Quality standards, the QC II professional helps ensure products consistently meet engineering, regulatory, and customer requirements.

As an Inspection - QC II, you will:

  • Develop and optimize programs for Carl Zeiss CMM machines, ensuring accurate measurements and inspections.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of components using CMM machine, adhering to GD&T standards.

  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawing to determine inspection requirements and tolerance.

  • Record and maintain detailed inspection report/data, generating CMM inspection reports as required.

  • Identify and resolve issue with measurement processes or measuring equipment.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to address the Quality concerns and suggests improvement

  • Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements.

  • Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.

  • Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Have diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education with

  • Have at least 5 years’ Quality Inspection experience on machine parts.

  • Have ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Have performed various inspection and testing (e.g. Visual, Dimensional, Hardness Test, CMM, NDT, Shear Test).

  • Have good experience on CMM Machine

  • Have experience working with metrology hand tools and gauges.

  • Be detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems.

  • Working flexible hours Flexing the times when you work during the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are most productive.

  • Shift Pattern The role operates on a two-shift schedule:

    • Morning Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM

    • Afternoon Shift: 3:45 PM to 11:45 PM

Flexibility will be applied within operational requirements and the assigned shift schedule.
