L’Inspecteur principal – Contrôle qualité joue un rôle clé dans l’assurance de la conformité réglementaire, de l’intégrité des inventaires et du respect des pratiques opérationnelles au sein du centre de distribution de Montréal-Est, plus particulièrement dans les secteurs réglementés des narcotiques et précurseurs.
Relevant du Directeur – Contrôle de l’inventaire et conformité opérationnelle, ce rôle agit à titre de référence terrain sur le quart de soir, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’opérations, de contrôle de l’inventaire et de qualité. Il contribue activement à la prévention et à l’analyse des écarts, à la préparation des audits, ainsi qu’au maintien de pratiques conformes aux exigences de Santé Canada, aux bonnes pratiques de distribution et aux politiques internes de McKesson.
Ce poste convient à une personne rigoureuse, autonome et crédible sur le plancher, capable d’influencer et de coacher les équipes opérationnelles, dans un environnement syndiqué et hautement réglementé.

Senior Quality Control Inspector (O3)
Location: Montréal-Est, QC, Canada
Work model: 100% on-site
Schedule: Evening shift – Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
The Senior Quality Control Inspector plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, inventory integrity, and adherence to operational practices at the Montréal-Est distribution centre, particularly within controlled substances such as narcotic and precursor areas.
Reporting to the Director – Inventory Control and Operational Compliance, this role serves as a floor-level reference on the evening shift, working closely with Operations, Inventory Control, and Quality teams. The position actively supports deviation prevention and investigation, audit preparation, and the maintenance of practices aligned with Health Canada requirements, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and McKesson internal policies.
This role is well suited for a rigorous, autonomous, and credible floor presence, capable of influencing and coaching operational teams in a unionized and highly regulated environment.
