Our client, a pre-eminent full service law firm is seeking a contentious insolvency partner to strengthen its disputes practice and deepen its capabilities across cross‑border restructuring and insolvency litigation. The role suits an experienced partner with an established contentious practice covering insolvency disputes, asset recovery, fraud, enforcement and related commercial litigation. Chinese language skills are helpful, particularly for regional mandates, but they are not essential.
A core part of this role is the opportunity to work closely with a high‑calibre corporate team in developing and marketing a joined‑up contentious and non‑contentious restructuring offering.
