HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Longview, TX is looking for an Industrial Services Insite Coordinator to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. The role serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The Field Administrator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC-Industrial jobs across all service lines in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies, practices and procedures.

Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life. 

  • 1 or more years of clerical experience, accounting, bookkeeping, office management, payroll processing.

  • Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have strong customer relations skills.

  • Must have ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines.

  • Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must.

  • Must show ability to take full responsibility for all facets of assignments.

  • Payroll experience required.

  • Excel, Word, Power Point, TEAMS and Outlook experience required.

  • Invoicing experience required. Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Required Qualifications:

  • Data entry experience a MUST.

  • Computer experience required (Track, WinWeb, Radius)

  • Enthusiastic personality.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft office 360 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial? 

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.

  • Availability to work variable shift schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

  • TWIC required or must be able to obtain.
