• Own and manage end-to-end market research for product launches, including value proposition, concept, and communication testing
• Act as a strategic market research partner to Executive Committee, marketing, strategy, and other key stakeholders
• Drive ad hoc strategic research projects that support critical business priorities
• Improve data quality and consistency by identifying gaps and linking insights to internal data sources
• Develop and evolve the roadmap to secure the Voice of the Market across brands and regions
• Communicate insights with clarity and impact to influence decision-making and business outcomes.
Experience
Over 5 years of experience within market insights or market research
University degree from Business, Marketing, Statistics, Finance or similar
Proficient with PowerPoint &Excel.
Professional competencies:
Strong methodological toolbox developing and owning both qualitative and quantitative research projects
Project management skills to drive projects from briefing to reporting, prioritizing delivering ‘on quality on time’, while navigating a complex stakeholder map
Excellent communicator, able to turn insights into clear stories that influence senior stakeholders

Analytical mindset, turning complex data into actionable recommendations with attention to detail
Proactive and adaptable, taking ownership and thriving in a dynamic environment
Build strong relationships and manage stakeholders with confidence across functions and levels.
