Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of actionable Voice of Customer input at all levels and ensure the implementation of research input wherever possible

  • Manage the planning, design, execution, analysis, and reporting of research events via proofreading and editing questionnaires, discussion guides, reports, and other research instruments to meet company standards.

  • Coordinate with global research partners to plan and execute multi-market research events.

  • Manage research supplier staff on-site during research engagements to ensure project quality, design and analytics are aligned with business objectives and company standards. Manage marketing research supplier base to ensure quality, cost and timing requirements are met

  • Liaise and interface with key internal clients to ensure their research requirements are met.

  • Prepare Project Statement of Work and Research Plan Discussion Agreement Forms for projects.

  • Electronically distribute reports and presentations. Publish final reports and presentations to the Lighthouse GCI System.

  • Handle all quote evaluation, billing and procurement responsibilities for individual projects.

  • Represent research team through attendance and/or presentation of research results in key Management Reviews/Meetings

  • Generate effective presentations and actionable written reports when required to support the above processes / deliverables

  • Lead advanced product research studies as required

    • Examples include unmet needs, consumer immersions and consumer panels, Ethnography, Best Opportunities, Agile Exploration, Experience and Package, Market Acceptance GPDS studies

  • Continuously investigate, develop and apply new research techniques and methods

  • Encourage and participate in Product Research cross-functional teams

  • The ability to verbally present is desirable but not essential.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework in statistics, research methods, consumer behavior, and data analysis
  • Minimum 5years experience
