We are looking for someonecreativeand curiouswho canthink outside the boxrightfrom planning a research programme through to analysis and delivery of the insightsandnew solutionsthat willprovidemaximumclient business impact.Thenew approachesdeveloped could be through repackaging current deliverables and/or via new techniques and methodologies. We are looking for someone that has experience in cultural insights,primary and secondary datahandlingandstrong critical thinking when it comes to using AI solutionsalongside strong story telling skills.
This role willoffer the successful candidate the opportunityto work closely with a small team of insightspecialistsand include line managerial responsibilities, including workflow management and the opportunity to help grow,motivateand nurturebrilliant young talent.
Key Accountabilities
Direct client facing work, liaising withclientTeams, supporting the strategyteamandrepresentinginsight in current client and new business presentations.
Line management of a small team, ensuring support, encouragement for growth and pipeline management are all in place
Ensuring that the Strategy Team are fully supported indevelopment of strategy,client discussions on insight, research, and communications measurement.
With a focus ondata exploration,research& insightyou will be proactive in managing and developingrelationships directly withour clientsand stakeholdersthroughout Dentsu
Championing the use and application of insight throughout the Carat UK agency, raising the floor in terms of client team responses being grounded in insight and developing the capabilities of teams beyond the insight community

Design and delivery ofresearch and insightto supportnew business pitches
Development and delivery of thought leadership pieces with support from strategy and marketing
Roll outofResearch & Insight productsfor the global teams and across the networkfrom conception to delivery
Professional Skills
This is ahybridclient facingandinternalroleso we are looking for someone comfortable to develop direct relationship with clientsand internal teams
Ability to designresearchsolutions and be creative with a variety of different data sets(including digital) and methodologies
Exposure and experience using AI solutions – imperative critical thinking
Experience and keen interest in cultural insightdiscoveryand cultural intelligence
Proven history in media, communications and generating consumer insights
Experience inapplyingdatasetsto includeYougovprofiles, CCS or TGI,GWIas well astrend led and category focused resourcese.g.Mintel, Foresight Factory, Canvas 8for desk research purposes
Strongstory tellingand communicationskills and strong creativity when it comes to data mining, particularly in support of strategic imperatives
Ability tomanage time across workstreams and stakeholder needs
A good understanding of the wider aspects of commercial marketing and business
Good project management skills and ability
