This position will drive the success of our client analytics and advertising campaign operations. They will collaborate with the Sales, Campaign Operations and Client Success teams from RFPs through to campaign performance reporting. They will own the analytics for several accounts, developing a deep knowledge of their accounts to provide consultative support to sellers in crafting proposals with commercial and business acumen. They will also own the campaign performance for their accounts, monitoring performance against goals and working with Campaign Operations to optimize delivery. They will collaborate with internal Client Success teams on campaign performance reporting providing analysis and insights to build a compelling campaign story.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work cross-functionally, has a strong analytical mind, and is passionate about data driven approaches to problem solving. You are able to remain flexible and wear many hats to help meet changing needs of a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Analytics team to develop promotional proposals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your accounts including our historical relationship with the account, analyzing prior proposals and RFPs; understanding account’s main revenue drivers and objectives for those brands and industry trends
  • Work with Campaign Operations to monitor ad campaign performance against goal and provide optimization directions to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
  • Work with reporting team to QA campaign performance reporting. Compare reporting across an account to provide deep insights back to the client about their campaign performance and recommendations for future programs.
  • Develop Ad Impact Studies and other promotional related insights products. Coordinate with Client Success and Sales to present study design and get client sign-off. Deliver study results to client.
  • Engage with clients to gather data and reporting requirements to ensure efficient delivery of custom reporting. Work with Python developers to automate workflows to create custom reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Analytics
  • Experience involving healthcare, media, advertising, or strategy development preferred
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated track record of excellent client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills and proven track record working in cross-departmental groups
  • A strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude, able to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Well-organized, with a high degree of ownership over their work and attention to detail
  • Experienced in SQL, Python, R, or other programming language
  • Experience building reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tool is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
