We are seeking a client focused professional to serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams while supporting financial technology products and third party services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing implementations, troubleshooting issues, testing product functionality, and helping clients achieve successful outcomes while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

What you'll do…
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support products, services, and implementations
• Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and COCC resources
• Manage client requests, support cases, and product changes
• Own and resolve day to day support issues with occasional guidance
• Troubleshoot client issues and implementation related challenges
• Perform testing to validate functionality and support deployments
• Lead and manage implementation projects while tracking timelines and deliverables
• Communicate project status, timelines, and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Assist with product enhancements, upgrades, and release testing
• Research and develop solutions for client issues
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts
• Create and maintain task plans, procedures, and user guides
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
• Support a professional environment focused on quality customer service
What You’ll bring...
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum two years of banking or financial services experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new technology
• Knowledge of financial services terminology and operational procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• SQL experience is a plus
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and industry related materials
• Ability to explain concepts, procedures, and tasks to others
• COCC INSIGHT experience preferred
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach
Salary Range for this role is $68,000K-$92,000K
