About the role:

We are looking for an experienced insights professional at Manager level to join PwC's Insight Team within Go-to-Market Strategy. This role is responsible for delivering strategic and commercial insights while managing a broad portfolio of stakeholder relationships and deliverables.

The Insight Manager contributes to the development of strategic insight by analysing and synthesising data, market intelligence, and existing evidence.

The role focuses on transforming available information into clear, actionable insights that support the function and practice.

Working within defined strategic priorities and business questions, the successful candidate will analyse data, identify relevant trends and themes, and translate findings into clear implications and recommendations for stakeholders.

What your days will look like:

• Analyse and bring together internal and external data, market intelligence, and existing evidence from a range of sources to develop clear, evidence-based insights that support strategic and commercial business priorities.
• Identify and interpret key trends, patterns, market developments, and emerging themes, undertaking additional analysis where required to test assumptions, strengthen findings, and highlight the most relevant implications for stakeholders.
• Support Senior Managers and Directors on GTM Strategy insight projects by translating business questions into structured analysis, providing market, client, and competitor insights, and contributing to the development of recommendations and strategic options.
• Communicate complex findings through clear, compelling, and well-structured storytelling, adapting outputs to different audiences and ensuring insights are accurate, evidence-based, and easy to understand.
• Manage and deliver defined analysis workstreams within larger strategic projects, coordinating input from colleagues and specialist teams, balancing competing priorities, and providing regular updates on progress, risks, and emerging findings to meet agreed deadlines.

This role is for you if:

• You have experience in insight, analysis, strategy, market intelligence, commercial analysis, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing strategic and commercial insight from multiple sources of information.
• You are a logical and independent thinker who enjoys working with complex business questions and using evidence, data, and market intelligence to develop clear and actionable insights.
• You are comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data and can bring together information from different sources to build a well-rounded understanding of a topic.
• You can identify the key messages, themes, trends, and implications within complex information, translating analysis into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data, analysis, and insights clearly, confidently, and persuasively to a range of stakeholders.
• You have excellent attention to detail, are able to manage individual pieces of work with appropriate guidance and take a structured approach to delivering high-quality outputs.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, can build effective relationships across teams, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
