We are looking for an Insight Analyst to join our team.

You will be responsible for delivering actionable, business-focused insights that support strategic decision-making across Marketing and Recruitment. By combining analytical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, the analyst will interpret data in a way that uncovers key trends, identifies performance drivers, and enables data-informed decisions.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Significant experience in a data analysis or similar role.
• Experience working with large complex datasets and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or coding languages e.g. R, Python, SAS etc.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), particularly on dashboard development.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
