As an Inside Transportation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient movement of fleet lease, factory, and consignment vehicles. Working closely with customers, Vehicle Logistics Centers (VLCs), and auction staff, you will
coordinate deliveries through our platform Cars Arrive to meet volume and profitability goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary transportation contact for assigned auction locations.
Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers and vendors.
Dispatch vehicle loads to meet proper arrival times and locations.
Coordinate with auction drivers to ensure timely vehicle pickups and deliveries.
Track vehicle movements and follow up with customers to confirm successful,
on-time arrivals.
Identify and develop freight opportunities across the U.S to support transport
growth and capability.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain delivery schedules and
maximize fleet efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
