Job Description

An Inside Sales professional extraordinaire! The Inside Sales Representative will drive home inspection sales through real estate agent referrals. This role builds relationships with real estate agents through phone calls and electronic communications to obtain home inspection referrals, to drive new business, and to maintain existing partnerships.

Our Inside Sales Representatives are members of our Growth Team, which is the engine of the company. Growth Team objectives have great impact on the organization, as the output of referrals and revenue ensures continued growth and success of the company, our sister companies, and all team members.

What you will do:

  • Build positive relationships with agents through phone and electronic communications
  • Identify and overcome sales preventing obstacles
  • Drive new business and home inspection sales through real estate agent referrals.
  • Generate and confirm in-person meetings, events, and presentations at real estate offices for Outside Sales team members.
  • Maintain strong existing business through the delivery of consistent and professional electronic communications.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and support/assist other team members as needed.

  • Someone who loves speaking on the phone and is not afraid to make cold calls.
  • An awesome self-starter with ambition to grow and motivation to succeed!
  • A service-oriented team member who is passionate for building business and strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives and goals.
  • Impeccable interpersonal communication along with verbal and written skills
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Timely responsiveness and excellent follow through.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High speed internet connection required.
  • Distraction/noise-free environment required.
  • Experience and understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus!
