You'll own the new hire experience from day one, helping new team members build confidence, sharpen communication skills, and develop into high-performing team members.
And here's what makes this role unique: you'll train both in-person and remote team members, creating engaging experiences that keep people connected, motivated, and learning whether they're sitting in the office or joining from home.
Our Inside Sales team isn't traditional cold-call selling. Think relationship building, opportunity identification, and generating quality leads that fuel our closing team. Your job? Help new hires ramp quickly and create an experience that sets them up for success.

What you'll be doing:

✔ Previous training, onboarding, or facilitation experience required
✔ Sales training experience strongly preferred
✔ Previous sales experience required
✔ Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training preferred
✔ High-energy personality with strong presentation skills
✔ Ability to command a room and engage a virtual audience
✔ Strong coaching and mentoring skills
✔ Comfortable giving direct feedback and developing others
✔ CRM experience required (Zoho experience is a huge plus)
✔ Organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
