The Opportunity
As a Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for converting inbound enquiries and qualified web leads into new SME customers across Australia.
You'll own the customer relationship from the initial sale through the first three months, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and partnering with internal teams to resolve any account, billing, charge, or service-related enquiries.
Your success will be measured through contract growth, sales activity, pipeline management, and your ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
This hybrid role is currently based on St Kilda Road and will soon transition to our Docklands office, conveniently located near Southern Cross Station
