Job Description

The Opportunity

  • Build and maintain a strong new business customer pipeline to achieve budgets, targets, and KPIs.
  • Attend regular Sales Huddles, 1:1 performance dialogues, coaching, and training sessions while embracing feedback and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and web leads to convert into new business contracts.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure customer offers are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the market.
  • Utilise Cleanaway’s systems, networks, delegated levels of authority (DLAs), and approved rate cards to achieve telesales objectives.
  • Consistently deliver on financial measures, meeting or exceeding published targets and KPIs.

About You

  • Proven success in high-volume sales environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Advanced sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Conflict resolution and influencing skills.
  • CRM expertise and knowledge of call centre/telesales techniques.
  • Experience in the waste and recycling industry (or related industries) highly regarded.
