Job Description

  • Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through market research, networking, and digital tools.
    • Must know how to identify decision-makers, stakeholders and key officers to set meetings accordingly.
  • Outreach: Executing cold calls, sending personalized emails, and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn
    • Ensuring a steady sales pipeline for potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluating prospects based on interest and fit for the product/service.
    • Attracts and converts potential customers into qualified leads, serving as a vital for marketing & sales.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date data in Sales Call Report in any CRM tools.
  • Nurturing: Moving prospects through the sales funnel via consistent, value-driven communication.
    • Nurturing leads to help grow sales revenue .
  • Communication: CRM platform, VoIP systems, Gmail/Outlook, email automation tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (typically 1+ years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
