Team Overview

Undertake the overall targets of the inside sales team, be responsible for the daily management, lead follow-up, performance breakthrough and member empowerment of the assigned inside sales team, lead the team to efficiently complete lead conversion and sales indicators, and build a replicable team inside sales operation model.

Role Responsibilities

1.Performance Breakthrough & Target AchievementUndertake the team's sales targets assigned to the group, decompose them to each member and formulate daily/weekly follow-up plans; track the performance achievement progress of the group and its members, adjust follow-up strategies in a timely manner to ensure the group overachieves lead conversion and contract signing indicators.

2.Team Management & Daily OperationBe responsible for the daily management, attendance supervision and work review of team members, lead daily morning and evening meetings to synchronize lead dynamics and share communication skills; assist members in solving core problems in customer follow-up and negotiation to improve the overall combat capability of the group.

3.Refined Lead OperationBe responsible for the allocation, follow-up and activation of the group's leads, guide members to conduct hierarchical screening of leads and focus on key breakthroughs for high-intent customers; regularly sort out the pain points of lead follow-up, output optimization suggestions to improve the group's lead conversion efficiency.

4.Member Empowerment & Skill ImprovementCarry out targeted skill training, script drills and objection handling guidance based on members' capability shortcomings; explore excellent cases and experiences of the group, organize internal sharing to help members quickly improve their inside sales capabilities and conversion rates.

5.Data Review & Collaborative ConnectionCount the group's inside sales data (touch volume, intent rate, conversion rate, etc.) daily/weekly, form a review report and synchronize it to the team manager; connect with the Sales Support Department to coordinate resources to meet customer needs and ensure the smooth progress of the contract signing process.

Role Qualifications

1.Educational BackgroundCollege degree or above; no major restrictions, and Marketing-related majors are preferred.

2.Language ProficiencyFluent in Portuguese listening, speaking, reading and writing, with excellent telephone communication, expression and negotiation capabilities; basic English proficiency is a plus.

3.Work ExperienceMore than 3 years of relevant inside sales experience, including experience in managing a To B inside sales team; experience in inside sales management of the SaaS, catering/retail industry is preferred; familiar with the needs of local Brazilian catering merchants, with excellent personal inside sales performance track record.

4.Core CompetenciesStrong goal orientation, with excellent team management, performance control and skill empowerment capabilities; good at inside sales script optimization and objection handling, able to quickly adapt to market changes and adjust follow-up strategies; possess basic data review and problem-solving capabilities.

5.Other RequirementsStrong pressure resistance, able to adapt to the rhythm and assessment of inside sales business; have good team cohesion, willing to deeply cultivate the Brazilian market for the long term, and recognize the company's corporate culture.
