Located in: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Reports to: Manager, Inside Sales

Collaborates with: Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Project Management, Operations

Primary Responsibility: To lead and support the Inside Sales team in serving MIRATECH's direct and independent sales channels, while driving process standards, training, and performance.

This is a working-lead role focused on training, process, and day-to-day team support. Formal performance management and scheduling decisions remain with the Inside Sales Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the training lead for new hires, including onboarding and ongoing refreshers, and provide training to other departments as needed
  • Partner with the Inside Sales Manager to maintain and evolve the onboarding curriculum, training materials, and knowledge checks as team processes change
  • Act as the first point of contact for the team on questions or issues, escalating to the Inside Sales Manager as required
  • Provide quote help and balance quoting workload and coverage across the team
  • Lead team huddles
  • Maintain Inside Sales support for 1-2 assigned Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
  • Drive adherence to standards for quoting, phone etiquette, project meetings, communication, and overall process discipline
  • Own updates to the Wiki/knowledge base, and communicate proposal template changes/updates to the team
  • Attend project meetings and participate in submittal reviews
  • Serve as liaison between Engineering, Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Customers
  • Lead F3 each quarter with support from the Inside Sales Manager
  • Monitor relevant KPIs - and run and maintain reports to provide regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager
  • Travel as needed with outside sales for ongoing training and development
  • Other duties as assigned

What Qualifies You:

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience of 3+ years
  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience required, with a track record of strong performance
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team, project, or workstream, whether in a formal leadership role or informally (e.g., training others, owning a process, coordinating cross-functional work)
  • Experience with the use of CRM, ERP, or other large database systems required; Syspro experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of reciprocating engines, combustion, and catalysts is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Drive to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction levels, and to help the team do the same
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and coordinate the work of others
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
