Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Inside Sales Support Administrator to help drive operational excellence for our Building Automation Systems (BAS) sales organization. In this role, you will support sales pipeline management, booking processes, project handoffs, and documentation efforts while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Regional Inside Sales Manager for matters pertaining to file structure organization, maintenance, design, and modification.
  • Coordinate with Sales Management regarding receipt of pipeline reports and coordinate with Sales Professionals to provide updates to their respective sales pipeline(s).
  • Handle intake and processing of booking documents.
  • Coordinate cross-checks of bid list between BAS Inside Sales Group to ensure continuity of naming conventions, collaboration on projects, and reduced risk of duplicate opportunities.
  • Support Bidtracer generated documentation creation, maintenance, and modification to ensure consistent continuity in terms and appearances while supporting the team mission and acting in compliance with Bosch mandates.
  • Partner with the BAS Inside Sales to provide updates to workflow documentation in order to allow for seamless absorption of new roles, policies, technologies, and customers.
  • Provide organization and promote collaboration in the project turnover process by ensuring that the appropriate parties from the Sales Team, BAS Inside Sales Team, and PSG Group are notified when a project is booked and a PM is assigned while noting the status of this process in the BAS Inside Sales collaborative SharePoint.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • 2 years of experience working with Microsoft office suite in a business acumen/support/admin role.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of Security, Fire Alarm, Access Controls, and Building Automation Systems.
  • Understanding of basic computer systems, including the MS Office Suite of products.
  • Clear and concise ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Understanding of basic financial and pipeline reports
  • Experience in partnering with multiple entities internal to an organization to promote a unified goal
  • Experience in creating and formatting professional documents

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, financial, or similar related field of study.
  • Familiarity with programs such as Bidtracer and Bluebeam.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience.
  • Experience reading procurement style agreements and documents similar to 1GPA or ASU Single Shop.
