Requirements:
- As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will be a critical part of the success of our business. You will be responsible for supporting our field sales and inside sales teams. This position lets us get closer to our customers to offer the best possible customer experience. The position will require you to execute planned initiatives the Inside Sales Manager developed. We also will ask you to help develop and improve processes to increase team productivity.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communication Communicate with field and inside sales teams in person, via phone, Teams, email, and chat
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders.
- Supporting: Assist sales representatives with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
- Data Managing: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and performance metrics.
- Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Interaction: Interacting closely with other FLIR departments and Teledyne lines of business
- Working: Work with a salary and quota-based commission plan
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- 1-2 years of Sales Support experience a plus
- Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- A can-do attitude
