Inside Sales Staff (Chinese Language Support)

Salary: VND 18,000,000-21,000,000 (Gross)

A leading Japanese logistics group, providing international transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehouse solutions

We are currently seeking a Chinese-speaking Inside Sales Staff to support our sales team in handling customer inquiries, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring excellent service quality for our Chinese and international clients.

• Provide administrative and coordination support for Chinese-speaking sales representatives.
• Handle client communication via email and phone in Chinese (including customers in Vietnam and overseas subsidiaries).
• Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and shipping documents as required.
• Coordinate closely with shipping, customs clearance, and logistics operation teams
  to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Verify and follow up on shipping-related documents and delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving any service-related issues.

Requirements

• Chinese:
  Business level (proficient in both written and spoken communication).
• Vietnamese:
  Native level.
• English:
  Conversational level (able to handle basic communication).
• Bachelors degree or higher in any major.
• Experience in logistics, forwarding, or import-export is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and coordination skills.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (weekends and public holidays off).

  VND 18,000,000-21,000,000 gross (depending on experience and qualifications).
