Manage and nurture customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channels
Prepare quotations and follow up until successful deal closure
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
Qualify leads and support the key account sales team
Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and Technical Support
Your profile
That sounded great, right? To make sure you feel happy and successful in this position, it would be ideal if you bring along:
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented work style
German and English C1; additional languages are always a plus
