Inside Sales Specialist – Services Team
The Inside Sales Specialist supports the Power Transmission Services business by serving as a key interface between customers, sales teams, and internal technical and tendering functions. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, distributing quotations (including those prepared by the Tendering team and standardized template offers), facilitating the transition of orders to project management, and providing comprehensive order follow-up.
The Inside Sales Specialist contributes to service sales growth through proactive communication, diligent follow-up on offers and orders, and active support for marketing initiatives. In doing so, they ensure a seamless and efficient sales and tendering process for power utilities, industrial customers, and clients within the energy sector. This is a structured sales support role that follows defined processes while offering the flexibility to prioritize tasks based on evolving customer needs and business conditions.
