Subtitle

In this position you will collaborate with sales leadsership and business development to support business growth, execute sales strategies, and maintain customer relationships. Ensure high service levels, effective communication, and alignment with company policies and objectives.

Your profile

• 7+ years of industry related experience
• Bachelor's degree or certification preferred
• Understanding of freight forwarding procedures and regulations
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft applications required
• Strong customer service skills; sales experience and a proven track record are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong organization, planning, time management, and decision-making abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Your Duties

• Generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth through customer acquisition and account development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and overseas agents
• Prepare and negotiate quotes, RFQs, and pricing proposals
• Support sales initiatives in collaboration with sales leadership, business development managers, and branch managers
• Provide exceptional customer service and operational support to existing and prospective clients
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
