Job Overview:
Our Soundcore team is looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Specialist to support our North American sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in sales, account management, and consumer electronics. You will work cross-functionally to support retailer relationships, sales operations, promotional activities, and business growth while building a strong foundation in sales and customer management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, key selling points, and target customers.
- Support the sales team with customer communications, follow-ups, and account management activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.
- Assist with SKU setup, pricing updates, and retailer requests.
- Help prepare sales presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75,000 - $81,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
