OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth for a list of defined Industrial accounts. This role will support the NA Industrial team by providing day to day quoting, customer support, customer lead follow-up and case resolution for a defined and potential list of Industrial customers. This role will be an active sales team member helping build on BAND-IT’s 80 plus year history of providing high quality products and delighting our customers.

REPORTING TO Director of Industrial and Energy Sales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and support new business opportunities and accounts in designated territory.
  • Respond to day-to-day inquiries (standard product quoting, order status & tracking).
  • Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities utilizing the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales manager to develop strategies for targeting specific opportunities and maximize outreach efforts.
  • Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Recommend special order pricing and profit margin determinations.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Participate in outbound prospecting calls to support growth initiatives.
  • Conduct follow-up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns.
  • Enter and update customer information in the company CRM database.
  • Process order changes and expedited orders following standard procedures.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • 2+ year experience in an inside sale, customer service, or a similar client-facing role, required.
  • Phone sales experience preferred.

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $67,400.00 - $101,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
