We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our contract renewal processes to ensure the continued satisfaction of our clients and the success of our business.
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for overseeing the renewal of client contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met, and managing the relationship between the company and its clients during the renewal phase. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to address any issues, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth and successful renewals.
