Your Role

As a Inside Sales Specialist, you will:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and social media engagement.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Organize and present sales data clearly for the sales team and management.
• Provide accurate reports and relevant market insights to support strategic sales decisions.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling client meetings and appointments.
• Regularly update and maintain client contact information.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in sales roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
