Serve as inside sales support for the HDT sales team. Process, quotes, and orders in SAP. Directly support the sales members and customers for all quotes and orders. Directly interact with customers on the phone and via email to process quotes and orders, and troubleshoot issues. Serve as a back-up to other inside sales representatives when needed. Building and maintaining positive business relationships with customers and relevant HDT departments is critical.
