Are you looking for a broad and coordinating role where service, structure and customer focus are key? IPCO is now looking for an Inside Sales & Service Coordinator to support and develop our aftermarket and service operations.
About the role
As Inside Sales & Service Coordinator, you hold a key position within IPCO’s Aftermarket organization. You support and coordinate inside sales and service activities across the Nordic region, Poland and the Baltics, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient ways of working.
You will work closely with service teams, sales, and customers in an international environment and play an important role in creating structure, follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Support and coordinate inside sales and service activities in the region
Prepare quotations, handle order administration, and follow-ups
Provide administrative support related to service and inside sales
Work in and manage business systems and CRM/ERP tools (e.g. M3 and D365)
Perform monthly follow-ups and reporting
Coordinate and plan service technicians’ time and resources
Ensure professional and efficient handling of service requests
Contribute to the development of common ways of working and best practices
Actively support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Who are you?
We are looking for a structured and service-minded person who enjoys a coordinating role with many interfaces. You are comfortable working independently, appreciate administration combined with problem-solving, and have a strong customer and business focus.
Qualifications
Experience from service operations, aftermarket, or inside sales, preferably in an international environment
Strong administrative skills and experience working with business systems
Ability to structure and prioritize your work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of English
Willingness to travel internationally when required
Meritorious
Experience from industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or service management systems
Experience with continuous improvement or lean methodologies
Technical understanding, for example within welding, engineering, or industrial processing
