As a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative, you will drive new business growth, build long-lasting customer relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. šÆ Duties & Responsibilities
š¼ Generate and qualify leads via outbound prospecting, cold calls, email outreach & social engagement
š Engage potential customers, build strong initial connections, and grow the pipeline
š§ Understand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
š Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling solution presentations
š¤ Collaborate with the wider sales team to execute successful sales strategies
šļø Maintain accurate CRM data regarding activities, pipeline, and interactions
š Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
š Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the full sales cycle
š©šŖ Native/fluent German speaker + English C1
š Additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus
š Proven success in outbound or B2B sales (ideally tech/SaaS)
