Inside Sales Representative - Video Walls

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / year

Description

Just Video Walls designs, sells, and installs LED video walls for residential and commercial clients, working both direct and through a select group of dealers who meet our standard. As Junior Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the voice of Just Video Walls for your region - introducing us to dealers and prospects who don't know us yet, working trade show leads while they're still warm, and closing accounts from the office. If you like picking up the phone before overthinking it and turning a cold intro into a lasting relationship, this is your seat.

Your Location:

• Remote - Any US State (We'll hire one each for West/Central/East)
• HQ: 10400 W McNab Rd, Tamarac, FL 33321

Your Schedule:

• Full Time
• Mon-Fri from 9:00am-5:00pm (In Your Time Zone)
• Travel: Approx once per quarter to HQ for training, plus occasional trade shows/industry events

Your Contribution to Just Video Walls

• Call qualified dealers and prospects in your region to introduce Just Video Walls
• Work cold and warm leads from trade shows, web inquiries, and referrals within 48 hours
• Sign dealers to the program and get them to a first order
• Support signed dealers with quotes, configurations, lead times, and order status
• Run quarterly engagement calls with active dealers in your region
• Keep the CRM current and hit weekly/monthly activity and dealer-signing targets

Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience

• 2+yrs of experience in inside sales or business development (ideally phone-heavy)
• Energized by high call volume, resilient, coachable, and competitive
• Curious enough to learn LED video wall basics — we'll train you
• Organized with strong CRM and follow-up habits
• Experience with dealers/integrators (AV, security, electrical) and HubSpot (a plus!)

Just Video Walls' Contribution to You

• $80,000-$100,000+/year total comp
• Base salary: $60,000
• Uncapped commission
• Quarterly bonus up to $10,000/year against performance metrics
