Inside Sales Representative (Remote – USA Hours)

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing company operating within the legal and financial services sector, providing financial support solutions to individuals involved in personal injury cases. They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join their remote team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with warm inbound leads and liaise with law firms and clients to gather the necessary information and documentation required for case assessments.

This is a fully remote opportunity working USA business hours.

Working Hours

Two shifts are available:

• 6:00am – 2:30pm PST
• 8:00am – 4:30pm PST

Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify warm inbound leads received through marketing campaigns
• Communicate with potential clients and law firms regarding case information
• Gather and review required documentation for underwriting purposes
• Assess whether leads meet basic qualification requirements
• Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing
• Clearly explain processes and next steps to clients
• Manage multiple tasks and communications efficiently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ non-retail sales experience
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Comfortable working across multiple systems, emails, attachments, and CRM platforms
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
• Own computer with camera
• Ability to work full-time USA hours
• Must not hold secondary employment while engaged in this role
