Job Description

If you are a motivated, goal-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and winning new business, this role is for you. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Team! In this role, you’ll help grow QFF by delivering solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll drive results by meeting or exceeding your sales quota through selling targeted QFF solutions to new and existing customers, while expanding our customer base by increasing the number of active QFF accounts.

Pay rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities

  • All sales for inbound/outbound calls and web sourced business opportunities
  • Qualifying customers/prospects to identify sales opportunities for QFF products and services
  • Sell specific QFF solutions to business over the phone supported by a QFF developed call-script
  • Qualifying potential opportunities based on the information gathered to determine if the prospect fits the ideal profile criteria. Information to be input into CRM model
  • Documenting notes and key information in Salesforce.com on conversations with customers and new prospects. Information to be utilized for timely follow up and ultimate closing
  • Preparing sales forecasts and reports to monitor sales performance using the SFDC/CRM system
  • Cold calling to businesses over the telephone to gather required company information, contact information, and lead-generation information supported by a QFF developed call-script
  • “Close” business regardless of size and scope
  • Executing marketing programs via e-mail and/or direct mail to maximize sales
  • Communicate effectively with QFF’s internal business partners supported by a Service Level Agreement, process and plan
  • Escalate any issue to QFF management as warranted

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
