We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Merchant Services team in the EFT segment. If you are passionate about customer engagement, remote sales, and supporting merchants in maximizing the value of payment solutions, we’d love to meet you.

How You 'll Make An Impact

  • Promote DCC services and provide remote support via phone to SMB merchants.
  • Train merchant staff (cashiers, terminal operators) on best practices for DCC usage.
  • Share optimization tips to help merchants increase usage and enhance transaction efficiency.
  • Conduct cross‑selling and upselling of additional payment services.
  • Drive merchant activation and encourage more active engagement with our services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including data validation, imports/exports, and reporting.
  • Support day‑to‑day CRM operations to ensure seamless merchant lifecycle management.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound contact centers or the payments industry.
  • Knowledge of Gift Card, Prepaid, Issuing, or Acquiring products is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; ability to manage data (imports/exports, cleaning, validation).
  • Basic Excel skills (formulas, charts, data manipulation).
  • Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Eligible for full‑time employment in the EU without employer sponsorship.
