Job Description

Based in Georgensgmünd near Nuremberg, our dedicated team develops advanced electromechanical rack locking systems, versatile authentication modules and smart IP readers that help secure server and control cabinets around the world.

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Prospect new customers across data centers, healthcare, pharma, and enterprise markets
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Create quotations and commercial proposals and support deals through to close
  • Act as a trusted commercial contact for customers and partners
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot CRM
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and trade show leads
  • Support sales campaigns, events, partner activities, and regional growth initiatives
  • Contribute to achieving ambitious regional sales growth targets

What we require

  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, Telesales, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience in technology, IT, security, access control, infrastructure, or hardware markets
  • Strong lead qualification and business development skills
  • Proven ability to engage customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is an advantage
  • Confident communicator who can interact with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Business-fluent English and German, additional European languages are a plus
