We’re a family-owned home care company with a long track record of excellence—including 9 consecutive Caring.com Super Star Awards—and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Home Care Advisor) to be the first point of contact for families seeking care.

This is a high-impact role where your responsiveness, communication skills, and persistence directly help families get the care they need.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to inbound inquiries quickly (goal: within 1 hour during business hours)

- Conduct discovery calls to understand needs, urgency, and fit

- Convert leads into scheduled in-home consultations (Living Room Visits)

- Manage a high-volume pipeline (200–300 active leads/month) in Zoho CRM

- Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email

- Maintain detailed notes and next steps for every lead

- Support outside sales reps and broader sales efforts as needed

- Ensure smooth handoff to care and operations teams

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
