New position to our regional team as Inside Sales representative in Mexico to support Chemical Intermediates and CASE business organizations LAR, Spanish speaking countries. This person will be responsable for your own territory of accounts + Sales administrative support for some accounts led by our account managers.

Responsabilities:

  • Execute growth strategy at regional inside sales accounts for Chemical Intermediates and CASE LAR.
  • Administrative support to the CASE/CI account managers in some specific accounts.
  • Railcars Demurrage internal support and communication to customers.
  • Samples process & management for CASE customers/products.
  • Manage CASE/CI Inquiries in Salesforce. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls.
  • Contribute to the market growth in LAR collaborating with Account Managers following the commercial strategy defined by CI/CASE Leadership team.
  • Understand the Chemical Intermediates and CASE Products and Markets.
  • Quantify business cases for price and volume negotiation at inside sales accounts, work with Pricing on Competitive Price Assessments.
  • Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms. Negotiate including pricing, sales terms and other conditions.
  • Use Opportunity Management processes to capture, prioritize, and progress existing and new business opportunities.
  • Capture and share customers’ feedback and market competitive insights with Product, Marketing, and Commercial leadership.
  • Build deep understanding of customer demand for our products and provide ongoing sales demand forecasts.
  • Use analytics to prioritize outreach and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and utilize territory management plan, make outbound follow-up contact servicing existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues
  • Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or science is required
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous inside sales, B2B sales or customer service experience, preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, technical curiosity, and ability to build relationships remotely.
  • Organized, adaptable and capable of working with deadlines and attention to details.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), analytics tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions for international orders
