We are looking for a high-impact Inside Sales Representative to drive new business pipeline creation across our cloud and SaaS portfolio.

This is not a reactive lead qualification role.

What you will be doing at ARROW:

  • Generate demand through targeted outbound prospecting

  • Engage both partners and end customers

  • Run consultative discovery conversations

  • Create and qualify opportunities for the field sales team

  • Generate new pipeline through outbound activity (email, LinkedIn, calls)

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across target accounts

  • Execute targeted account-based prospecting strategies

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities

Who are we looking for?

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in outbound sales / SDR / inside sales in SaaS, cloud, or IT

  • Strong prospecting capability (cold outreach, LinkedIn, account targeting)

  • Commercial mindset with focus on pipeline and outcomes

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
