About the Inside Sales Representative -eMoney

This is an exciting new opportunity torepresenteMoney, an innovative company whose mission is to help people talk about money.eMoneyis an award-winning company with a goal to ensure financial peace of mind for all. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you willbe responsible forthe full cycle sales process with new accounts. You will work with customers through all stages of the sales funnelto convert qualified sales opportunities to close-won business in the account base.

Location:US Remote

What will you do?

  • Effectively manage the full cycle sales process for new customers

  • Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and achieve established sales goals andobjectives

  • Serve as product and service advocate for the client,building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition and assess mutual fitwith customers

  • Constantly strive to improvebyproactivelyseekingcoaching and guidance from peers and managers

  • Articulate business and technical propositionseffectivelyvia call and email

  • Learnandmaintaina current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services

  • Other tasks as assigned

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • 1 or more years of proven tech sales experience; SaaSof financial experiencepreferred

  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience

  • High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot

  • Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn,comprehend, and explain technology

  • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information

  • Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • High attention to details and follow-through

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • SalesForce, Outreach,Gongand other sales tech stack experience preferred

US Hourly:Compensation Range: $55,000 - $63,000 USD

The hourly pay range for this position is $26.44. Thispaystructure may also include a variable bonuscomponentof$8,000 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
