Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers
- Respond to inquiries related to CT, Dimensional, and Faro service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear communication regarding service capabilities, timelines, and requirements
- Create and manage leads and opportunities for both new and existing customers in internal database
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective and existing clients across targeted industries
- Execute structured prospecting campaigns using call lists, CRM data, marketing inputs
- Execute email outreach campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives
- Manage consistent follow up schedules to maintain customer engagement
- Maintain accurate records for reporting and sales tracking purposes
- Prepare and deliver quotes for services using relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely turnaround
- Create new customer accounts, ensure proper documentation and system set up for efficient order processing
- Handle compliance matters such as submitting certificates of insurance, vendor forms, and non-disclosure agreements when requested by customers
- Coordinate closely with marketing, sales leadership, and technical teams to share insights, enhance the customer experience, and improve operational efficiency
- Share market feedback, prospect insights, and campaign performance
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals.

QualificationsRequired Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience
- 1 to 3 years of inside sales, sales development, business development experience
- Experience with outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to assess client needs and identify appropriate ATS service solutions.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate data.
- Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate with technical and sales teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Willingness to learn about competition, markets, trends, and industries we serve.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Willingness to work onsite at our location in Marietta, GA five days a week.
Work Conditions
- Full-time position with standard business hours based on departmental needs.
- Standard office conditions to include extended periods of sitting, computer work, and verbal communication over various phone/VOIP systems
